What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 28 years of age or older to book a vehicle. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
No. There is currently no required buffer period between bookings.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer 5% off rentals of 3 days or longer.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $700 security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit terms and refund eligibility will be provided at the time of booking.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental period: 1 day
Maximum rental period: No set limit. Long-term rentals are welcome based on availability.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Applicable taxes and fees are calculated and added during checkout. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% applies where required.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 100 miles per day.

We offer delivery within approximately 30 minutes of Boston for a flat fee of $300.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

At this time, there are no additional requirements beyond the standard rental agreement and policies.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Any evidence of smoking, vaping, ash, residue, or smoke odor will result in a $300 cleaning and remediation fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
No additional EZ Pass administration fees are charged.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
No standard cleaning fee is charged. Vehicles should be returned in reasonable condition consistent with normal use.
